Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Every Because Dads Matter poster is printed to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Our Reprint Promise

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at shop@becausedadsmatter.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the poster and its packaging, and we'll send you a free replacement. No need to send anything back.

Cancellations

Your poster goes into production as soon as your order is placed, so we're unable to cancel or change orders once they've been submitted. Please check your poster, size and frame choice carefully before checking out.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To use this right, email us within that period. The poster must then be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days, at your own cost, to the address we provide. Once we receive it, we will refund the product price and standard delivery cost. We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or damaged.
